Key Responsibilities but not Limited To:
*Prompt and accurate processing of parts orders
*High level of dealer and customer service
*Prompt and accurate shipping and receiving
*Backorder tracking and recovery
*Answering the phone with a high level of service and urgency
*Steady cleaning and organizing of warehouse and yard
*Filing and processing shipping and receiving documents
*Timely processing of returns and credits
*Backorder tracking and recovery management
*Effective inventory management
