Job description
We are seeking motivated and results-driven, Account Manager(s) to join our dynamic Sales team, supporting various locations in Grey-Bruce, Wellington and Huron counties! The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored equipment solutions and services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries – Agriculture, Construction, Residential & Commercial.
- Provide product and service solutions to meet client needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate and facilitating product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of equipment and services.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate regular sales reports.
- Perform extensive research to discover and understand new and/or existing products.
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and site visits as required.
Qualifications & Essential Skills
- Completion of high school or vocational equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position related to sales.
- Experience in high volume sales prospecting/lead generation.
- Must have a working knowledge of agricultural, construction and residential practices and equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and convey value to clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of IntelliDealer, Salesforce, and other manufacturer portals is considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed.
