Talon Recruiting has partnered with a leading heavy equipment dealership. We are in search of Vice President of Sales in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
*Reporting to and collaborate with the Sr. Vice President & Country Manager to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
*Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
*Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
*Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
*Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
*Meet with customers along with the dealership team to address concerns and provide solutions.
*Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
*Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
Key Requirements:
*Experience as a Regional Sales Manager or as an experienced District Sales Manager
*Travel up to in the designated area.
*Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs.
