Talon Recruiting has partnered with a National Trucking company. We are in search of a Shop Mechanic to join their team in Windsor, CA.

Ideal Fit:
The ideal fit will have extensive knowledge of all areas of Heavy Trucking maintenance.

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of internal combustion engines (gas and diesel)
• Hands on experience maintaining and repairing trucks
• Must own tool set
• Willing to work overtime when needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask

Responsibilities:
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems
• Perform complete repair and overhaul functions, including diagnostics and testing
• Perform parts management
• Maintain own tools and equipment

Compensation & Benefits:
• $36-$46++/hour based on experience plus overtime and hourly bonus
