Talon Recruiting has partnered with a leading manufacturer of heavy equipment attachments. We are in search of a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team in Southern Ontario. 

Summary/Scope

Oversee all day to day sales and marketing activities, market development, marketing communications, customer service, and product support for North America. Set sales targets and work with all Regional Managers and Sales Agents to achieve targets.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties 

• Overall responsibility to develop the North American market.
• Oversee all day to day sales & marketing activities.
• Establish sales budgets/targets.
• Establish and direct all marketing communication activities.
• Establish marketing budgets covering advertising, promotion, trade shows.
• Direct all Regional Manager and Sales Agent activities.
• Customer order priorities.
• Provide input regarding product mix/inventory targets/availability.
• Establish product pricing/price lists.
• Direct Product Manager for overall customer product support needs.
• Direct Customer Service and Parts Staff.
• Monitor competitive activities.
• Establish and report to Factory regarding product improvements and new product needs
