Talon Recruiting has partnered with a leading Material Handling company. We are in search of a Crane Installation Technician to join their team in Dayton, OH.

We are currently offering a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified Crane Field Installation Technicians!

Crane Field Installation Technicians are responsible for traveling to our customers' locations to assist in the installation of a wide range of crane systems. Technicians are provided with a company service van, tablet, credit card, and cell phone. We have internal support staff to assist, as well as free in-house technical training and in the field technical support!

A qualified candidate will have experience in rigging, steal handling (beam, pipe, bar), welding, setting epoxy anchors, interpreting a set of prints, industrial installation and steel erection. Must be able to perform shop math and work at heights up to and above 20 feet. Requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical problems. Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 25-75 pounds, and in excess of 75 pounds on a very occasional basis. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must have your own tools, good customer service skills and be dependable. Trade school or secondary education a huge plus.
