Parts Advisor Opportunity in Vars, ON
Vars, ONTalon Recruiting has partnered with a leading heavy equipment dealership. Together, we are searching for a Parts Advisor to join their team in Vars, ON.

Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients, identifying & responding to their needs;
- Offering information concerning warranties, pricing, parts quality, delivery times and payment methods;
- Submitting quotes, following-up with clients and closing sales;
- Filling-out internal supporting documents for all transactions (credits, invoices, work order, etc.);
- Contacting existing and new clients with information pertaining to promotions;
- Supporting the Service Department (supplying parts for technicians);
- Ensuring optimal product merchandising;
- Participating in inventory management;
- Handling product delivery and shipping & ensuring efficient organization of both;
- Efficiently maintaining workspaces;
- Respecting Health & Safety rules & regulations.
APPLICANTS SHOULD FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE
- High school diploma or parts training combined with 2-3 years of experience, is preferred.
- Experience in Sales of Mechanical Parts & Accessories is an asset.
- Knowledge of mechanical / heavy equipment parts.
- Good attitude becoming a sales & customer service expert.
- Excellent communication, sales & diplomacy skills.
- Versatile, responsible, and possessing good team spirit.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Knowledge of computer software.
- On call on rotation : 1 week out of 5;
- Bilingual (written and spoken).
