Talon has partnered with a leader in the in the AG Industry. We are in search of a Parts Sales Rep to join their team.
PRIMARY FOCUS:
*Reporting to the Parts Manager, the position is responsible for being the first point of contact for our parts customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
*Utilizing excellent customer service skills this position is first contact with customers, through email and by phone.
*Provides pricing, availability and assistance in choosing an alternative. Initiates parts sales and seeks new sales opportunities.
*Ensures level of profit margin is sustained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
*Uses problem solving skills to find solutions to dealers problems
*Opens and manages sales orders
*Follows through on orders customers have received them
*Prepares invoices
*Orders customer and stock parts from vendors
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
*Fills parts orders on time
*Daily inventory transactions
*Responding to customers in a professional, timely fashion
*Sales increase per store
*Customer returns process
Requirements
This position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work effectively with a variety of people. The incumbent will possess the ability to multi-task, remain extremely organized, and be able to develop relationships with current and potential customers.
